DLS-1 Technical Data Sheet
For Pro-Seal 6006 & 6006EX
The proportion of catalyst to sealer is not very critical in obtaining a complete cure. The quantity of catalyst can be adjusted depending on climatic conditions. Use less catalyst in hot weather and more catalyst in cold weather. Each gallon of Pro-Seal is supplied with two (2) 1 ounce tubes of catalyst. Extra catalyst can be purchased separately. Use the chart below to determine the amount of catalyst to use.

Note: To thicken Pro-Seal for use on steep inclines dry sand may be added during the mixing process. Dry sand may be spread on top of Pro-Seal to make it instantly tack free. Sand is especially helpful for lead-ins across open lanes of traffic.
